Caper Butter Tilapia
Flour dusted tilapia, pan fried and served with tomato caper butter sauce.
Chilean Sea Bass
Sauteed, fresh Chilean sea bass marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, black bean sauce, red chili paste, ginger and minced garlic. Served on a bed of cellophane noodles.
Coconut Flaked Tilapia
Tilapia filets marinated in a sour orange marinated then coated with egg and shaved coconut. Oven baked and served with an orange Dijon sauce.
Crab Cakes
Jumbo lump crabmeat mixed with capers, lemon juice, breadcrumbs, garlic and spices, then sauteed to a golden brown. Served atop a bed of wilted baby spinach.
Grilled Salmon
Fresh Salmon rubbed with garlic, olive oil and parsley, then grilled to perfection. Served with a lemon caper butter sauce.
Honey Ginger Salmon
Salmon filets marinated in honey, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and fresh orange juice. Grilled to perfection.

Ancho chili rubbed tuna steak seared with a ginger cilantro demi glaze served on a bed of wasabi crema mashed potatoes.
Mahi Mahi
Lime marinanded mahi mahi with a tomato cilantro salsa. Can be served over rice pilaf and served with a side of asparagus.
Maple Teriyaki Salmon
Whole side of salmon marinated in maple syrup, soy sauce, onion and garlic. Flash broiled until golden brown.
Paella Valenciana
Tender rice slow cooked with Saffron, shrimp, mussels, clams, chicken, pork, beef, peppers, assorted beans and spices.
Red Snapper with Cherry Tomatoes and Calamata Olives
Pan seared red snapper epper flakes, garlic and soy sauce and sesame oil then grilled to perfection.
Salt Baked Red Snapper
Whole side of snapper baked in a salt crust then topped with a Mojo de Ajo sauce consisting of garlic, orange and lemon juice, minced shallots, jalapenos and parsley.
Slamin Salmon Filet
Salmon filets marinated in brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, ginger, red pepper flakes, garlic and soy sauce and sesame oil then grilled to perfection.
Tandori Tilapia
